"Bad experience, profitable business, they don’t care about your child they only care if you have insurance. They will tell you anything to drag you then the only thing they care about is if you have insurance or not. My child is a newborn and I’m still in the process of getting her insurance, they refused to check her until we provided the insurance card. When we went they asked us to pay so they can check our baby and refused to see her because she still didn’t have her insurance at that time. The problem was they called us to check up on the baby and they said that she was covered under my insurance for 30 days but it has been less than 30 days and they wanted to charge us, they also said that they should’ve charged us for our first visit as well even though my baby is covered."
