"Dr. Shen is the best doctor, she is always available for all my questions. She gives you undivided attention when you are in the office. She is also really good with our baby. We love having her as our baby's doctor. The Staff is also great!"

"So disappointed. When scheduling an appointment, they made new policies that make no sense. then when following the new policies still was not able to make appointment . They said they would follow up never did! The office manager has a language barrier and it’s really hard to understand at times. When confirming appointment and pricing with Griselda. She notified me when I was already there day of that it changed in a week. They said that it was a new policy from the beginning of the year. But yet Griselda quoted me in the beginning of April when appointment was made. Asked for itemized receipt and they were not able to provide one. Said that it would take a few days which made no sense since I was being charged an increase the date of. A lot of red flags. Just really disappointed with the service of the Front staff doctor does fine. Just wish that there was consistency and clarity when scheduling and also for the cost of the visits."

"Dr Shen Palanisamy is the best! I have been taking my 2 kids (now 8 and 4) since 4 years now. I am paranoid when kids get sick and feel relieved that I have access to Dr Shen. She loves kids, listens, evaluates correctly, prescribes antibiotics only when needed. The front desk staff is also flexible and helped me schedule appointments on the fly several times. I am grateful for finding this clinic!"

"Dr. Palaniswamy is great. She has made sure my son is in good health, and even got him a referral to Hematology about his blood levels. Her staff however gets a 0 star. 1 day before my sons scheduled appointment they call and say he has no insurance. I call verify his very ACTIVE CHIP insurance and confirm his information is all correct. I called provided Hebron with the reference number, and they told me that wasn’t sufficient because now his DOB is wrong. Lol But because their system error/failure my son was basically refused care & his appointment cancelled. I pray she gets better staff."

"We have been bringing our children here since our oldest was born. Dr. Shen is such a wonderful and caring doctor. Wait times are decent (compared to other pediatricians). They have always been able to work us in if one of the kids is sick and needs to be seen. There have been a couple of instances where I have had to call after hours for emergencies and she was so kind and attentive. Most of all, I feel that Dr. Shen is thorough in her exams and comforting to me as the mom! All three of my children love her. Highly recommend Hebron Pediatrics."
