She is very knowledge and I love her positive approach. If I have any questions , I just call the office and Dr Tucker calls me by the end of the day. "My husband and I have three young kiddos and Dr. Tucker has been our pediatrician since we had our first. Their office is always incredibly clean, everyone who works in the office is kind and friendly, they are prompt and great at keeping sick kids and healthy kids separated. They truly check all of the boxes of things you could want in a doctors office! BUT what really sets Dr. Tucker and her practice apart from others is her heart for her patients and their families. Our first child was born at 30 weeks and we were presented with some health challenges when he was discharged to go home. Dr. Tucker went to bat for us with our insurance because she wanted to make sure he was covered for a specific medication that our insurance didn’t want to cover. She also educated us on resources that were available to us since he was born premature and helped us apply for the resources that we wanted to leverage. Any time we saw her for check-ups or I called the office with questions she would address my concerns and make sure all my questions were answered. But her support didn’t stop there - she would always encourage me, build me up as a mother and I would leave feeling empowered and equipped to care for my babies. I’m also so appreciative of how calm Dr. Tucker is when we have encountered some scary health issues with our kids. She has a way of immediately putting my mind and heart at ease and formulating a plan to get us back on track. Dr. Tucker truly serves the families in her practice and cares for them deeply. In addition to the health care that we have received from her, we have also received some of the absolute best parenting advise. The wisdom and guidance she has shared with us along the way from newborn to toddler has truly shaped how we parent our kids, for the better. Dr. Tucker always gives us her time and attention and we have never made us feel rushed or like she doesn’t have time to spend with us. In this day and age it’s so common to feel like you are just a number within a doctors office or to be pushed through and only see the doctor for a few short moments. Castle Hills Pediatrics is the complete opposite of that - at Castle Hills Pediatrics you are valued, cared for and heard! We adore Dr. Tucker and her staff and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician who cares about your child and family as much as you do!"
