"They treat you like a number, only care to treat you if you’re going to be a constant paycheck and customer service is nonexistent. I do not trust the doctor or the office or provide the adequate care my child deserves."

"Dr. See is simply the best! She is great with all 3 of my girls and I appreciate that she is so genuine and listens to any and all concerns being that we had a preemie and another that was having trouble gaining weight. She has helped my family so much to ensure the girls are on track! Her nursing staff is awesome and always goes above and beyond to ensure the girls are always comfortable. Only complaint is when calling to make appointments the receptionist I've had the last few times seems to get flustered and annoyed being that I try and get my girls in at the same day/time and/or sometimes its weeks out before we can even get an appointment."

"We were coming from a different Cooks Children’s due to recently moving, our previous office was fine with us delaying certain vaccines further than the “recommended” schedule. This office doesn’t allow children to come who are not following the exact vaccine schedule. Don’t bother calling if you’re still undecided, your kids don’t matter. Pretty disappointing."

"My child has been seeing Dr. See since we moved here. She always seemed rush and never did a thorough wellness check on my child like the previous Dr. we had at other Cook’s clinic. Recently we have had a bad experience with her when I brought my child in for some feeding concerns. She did not help us find the problem of why my child was having poor feedings all of the sudden that causing her to lose weight, but instead she said “so be it!” and told me to face it and just let the child act that way just because she is a healthy baby and her weight was over the curve from the last check up. While I was stating my concerns and questions, she kept looking at her watch like I have taken alot of her time and it’s time for her to see the next patient! I was very dissapointed of her rude attitude and walked out of the clinic feeling worried still because she couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my baby. I decided to seek help from another doctor at a different clinic and I was glad I did because the other doctor was able to find out my baby has ear infection thus causing her to have poor feedings all of the sudden. Wish I had switch doctor earlier so my baby did not have to go through this pain."

"My son has gone to a different location for cooks because of insurance. We now have new insurance and wanted to change to a closer provider. The lady that answered the phone seemed a bit rushed, and told me since my old insurance is what showed on the portal I wasn’t able to make an appt at her location. Why wouldn’t I be able to bring my new insurance card like every other doctors office? The other cooks children’s have always been okay with it, and I’ve never had an issue at any kind of doctors office to bring in the card? Disappointing because it seems the reviews for the doctor are fantastic, but I was thrown off my lack of friendliness of the receptionist. I also let her know that I didn’t care for her attitude and simply just ended the conversation."
