"My family of four just had our yearly doctors visit. Doc. took care of us and was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. We didn’t make it easy on him with my little ones causing lots of noise. He never rushed us and he listened to everything we had to say. He always provides knowledgeable feedback and suggestions. I will always recommend Enso Direct Care. I’m so grateful for this location."

"I joined Enso Direct Care in May of 2023. At first everything was great. I felt that we were making progress. Due to my diagnosis I was asked if I would be interested in a “group study” but there was no further information given. Last year (Nov 2023) I reached out because I had shingles and needed a prescription for antivirals. I sent a message/photo to nurse Kathy at 230pm. (Keep in mind Hours are listed as 9am-4pm)And didn’t get any response back. I ended up at the hospital. When I complained to Casey about the lack of communication I was told that there was an accident in front of the building that day and that was why I received no response. I was naturally upset due to the lack of communication and requested that I not work with nurse Kathy due to her lack of response. Casey got an attitude and told me that my request was unreasonable and that she couldn’t do her job without her and my request was denied. Then I was told (via automated response) that any request received after 2pm would not be acknowledged until the next business day. Keep in mind their posted hours say 9am-4pm m-th and 9-12 on Friday. On Monday 11/27/2023 at 8:30am I sent nurse Kathy a message regarding three prescription refills. She responded at 4pm that my refill request was being reviewed. Two of my three prescriptions I was told were being processed and one needed to be reviewed. Tuesday 11/28/23 I saw that the two prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. ( But not to the pharmacy I had on file). When I didn’t hear back regarding the third prescription on Tuesday I reached out to nurse Kathy again on Wednesday at 930am. I was told that Casey was still reviewing it and she would get back to me. When I didn’t receive a response on Thursday I reached out again on Friday 12/1/23 at 1030am asking for an update. I was told that the quantity I asked for would not be available but a lower quantity was. Please understand my issue was NOT with the quantity of the medication. It was that I had to ask three times for a response. Had this been relayed to me on Tuesday I would still been a patient. You should not have to inquire into a prescription request three times to receive an answer. I believe that if you are paying a monthly fee for “concierge medicine”whether you see the physician or not in that month that there should be some sort of expectation of service. A timely response. I believe that I did not have a good response time because I complained about the poor response time previously. So again posted hours are 9am to 4pm m-Th. And 9-12 on Friday. But unfortunately the hours they are available are m-th 10-2. And you can forget about Fridays all together! Poor response times and extremely poor customer service. If you have a chronic illness and need a responsive physician this is definitely NOT the office for you. I sincerely believe that the prescription refill was delayed so they could get my December payment. I asked them to send my complete file to my new provider and was told that the new provider’s office would have to request the records. The request was sent to them in December (twice) but we are still waiting…Very disappointing"

"I recently brought my daughter in to have an exam done, and we had the privilege to meet one of the new providers at Enso. Kelsey was so very thorough with my daughter. She listened to all of her questions and answered them where they were easily understood. Everyone there is so great to work with, and we love them all."

I never feel rushed and I always have all my medical questions answered. Their staff is extremely helpful and respond promptly. Highly recommend them and their amazing staff!"
