"Awful. I was there because both my children were sick & my pediatrician was not close to home. I drive 45 minutes to see our pediatrician because their QUALITY of care. When I was at Kid Care in Hadley I was told by office staff, with a nasty look on their face & with an attitude, that they don’t see one time patients. I was confused because I thought that they (as pediatric healthcare works) were there to help children when they were in need. We will forever be one time patients. Kid Care would have been my emergency/sick pediatric care until then. I will drive 45 minutes to see people who actually care about the well-being of others. The doctor was lovely, but the front desk staff made it seem like I was a bad person for even making an appointment and wasting their time."

"My child has been with Kid Care since 2018. Everyone in the Fort Worth and Haslet offices are nice and helpful. All the doctors my kid has seen have provided effective treatment. Dr. Gomez is caring, attentive, and knows how to engage with my kid well. He allows my child to learn how to advocate for his healthcare. We are able to get appointments easily even when he’s sick and needs to be seen the same day. Wait times in the office are reasonable too. They keep their offices clean and organized. We are happy with the care my child receives."

"Doctor was great the staff still upset thinking about it. I felt terrible as a mother. The tension between my 6 year old & the ASSISTANT while checking his ears. He is a kid nervous, ill and little moody. My son left the office crying. I have never needed to ask medical team member we are done with this checkup. Worst experience ever. No apology from the assistant be the bigger person. If it made you feel better having the upperhand on little kid. My son is a sweet respectful kid well behaved a little cranky that day. Be kind. He never wants to go there again."
