"Your employees conduct towards my wife today 2-14-24 was nothing short of disgusting. Fortunate I was not there. She has a complex medical diagnosis requiring an NJ tube. It's uncomfortable and depressing for her. The callousness of how your employee treated and suggesing she " just remove it" goes beyond the pale. You will not get our business anylonger and furthermore, I intend to spread the word of disgusting behavior of your staff."

"The exam was good and thorough but I waited for over an hour. My husband has also been there and he waited over an hour as well. They charged me for 2 different things that my insurance didn’t cover and did not ask me ahead of time about that. Also charged me the 3% to use my credit card which was almost $27. I didn’t know about all of the extra charges until I saw my detailed receipt when I looked at it at home later. I had sticker shock when she told me my total WITH insurance was a little over $900. I think they should split that 3% and not pass the entire amount on to their customers. This was my second time there and I plan to find another eye dr."

"The doctor and employees are great. But the prices are highway robbery. With my insurance I've never paid over $20 for an exam, both for glasses and contracts. Here it was $200 for seemingly no reason. Again great staff and service but the prices are way too high."

"I don't write reviews, but this one is warranted. This place used to be good, but the new doctor and people are aweful and rude. Waited 25 minutes after appt and they still told me it was going to be awhile and got rude about it. The female doctor comes out to the lobby with a teen kid and begins to tell the dad that his son has a possible serious health condition because he has a slight head tilt then goes on to tell the dad he too has the head tilt and should be checked. She goes into how she's specialized in some new practice that only she can provide, and they need to come back and get checked using their health coverage. You could see the dad was so uncomfortable. After witnessing this, I cancelled and walked out the door to never come here again."
