"Jay was a great help in deciding which way to go with our new mattress. He was informative but not pushy. A great experience until we got the bed and box spring home. We went with the 9” box spring and it made the bed too high. We figured we were fine as we had the return guatantee so we would switch out to the 5”. What we didn’t realize is the guarantee is on the mattress only. We were never told the box spring wasn’t included in the guarantee. So now we are stuck with the 9” box spring. Wish I would have need told that part. Seems a bit deceiving. TP just said sorry we can’t do anything for you. After the $$$ spent I found this to be very off putting."

"My wife and I purchased a LuxeAdapt Soft mattress from this store, after being helped by Mr. Watt the store manager. He did a fantastic job explaining how Tempurpedic was different than its competitors and also let us demo the beds to our satisfaction. I was not bullied into a sale and in fact we purchased the mattress on our second visit to this store just to make sure we were satisfied with the mattress we wanted. The delivery team assigned to us was cordial, quick, and clean (brought shoe booties). Absolutely satisfied!"
"Highly recommend this store. The store associate Taurese was so patient and helpful with my wife and I when we were shopping for a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When it came time to purchase he made sure we understood how the delivery process would work and stayed in touch until delivery was complete. I really can’t say enough about what a great experience it was."
