"We bought our sectional from here pre-owned and there was some stitching coming apart on the chaise part of the couch. Before we bought it, we brought it to the sales guy’s attention. He then spoke to the regional manager that was there and we were assured that they would be able to order a new cover free of charge to replace the one with the loose stitching. Well we bought our couch back in July of 2023 and still have no replacement cover. I have called multiple times and someone always tells me something different. One person even said that this is pretty typical and sometimes getting replacement parts for furniture bought outright takes months to years….. why make it so difficult for the customers that don’t take financing?? This has been very frustrating and even though our couch is very nice and the frontal person we dealt with was nice, this experience of the replacement cover has been anything but. I do not recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you are paying in full for something"

"Violated the terms of their agreement, and even called my mother and discussed personal account information. I wrote customer service on Facebook and sent a number of emails documenting proof of payment and terms of agreement. This store is disorganized and fails to take any accountability for their actions. I would not recommend doing business with this store. Best thing about the store were the delivery guys, at least they were nice ."

"Worst service ever. Completely rude and unprofessional staff. I paid 2000.00 for a beauty rest mattress that started sagging 6 months in… store replaced it and the new replacement started sagging a month later… tried getting the store to do anything about it and the refused blaming it in my bed frame. Mattress last upto 10 years and have a warranty…where’s mine. Oh yea and I have yet to received my ownership paperwork for this mattress as well. Filed a better business Bureau complaint and they never even replied… take your business else where and save yourself the headache"

"Wilson and Fidel were AMAZING workers to me. They were fast and very careful with my furniture. They made sure to fix any problems that I needed and were very patient. I am so grateful that they helped me with my move and that Andy did me a favor by having them travel farther than usual to my new place. Thank you so much!!!"
