"Lack of communication skills and super rude and unprofessional. Couldn’t even tell my mother what she rented and she was the one who wanted to know, kept saying their policy doesn’t allow them to speak about it to just anyone but my mother was the person who rented something here and she wanted to know what it was cause she forgot. Left us without knowing this simple information that my mother had all the right to know."
"Very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They have delivered me a bedroom set without rails. It’s been over a month and nothing have been resolved. I’ve called corporate who says they escalated the situation 3 times and the district manager will contact me whom I still haven’t received a call from. Spoke to the store manager on multiple occasions who promised me she want me to sleep like a queen and sent someone out here with the wrong bed rails. I’ve chased them down to fix this. I wasn’t offered a discount, a new set nothing yet they berate me with texts and calls when a payment is due. I’ve dealt with rent a center in Indianapolis on multiple occasions and loved them but this store is just plain ghetto, I have no other way to describe it. I won’t pay another penny towards this account until I get some kind of resolution. I wouldn’t recommend, if there’s an issue a customer should NEVER have to go through this much work for resolution. From day one I’ve communicated I’m paying for a set and something that’s included in a set yet I never received it. Adam is the only one with some sense and actually tried to help me but when your higher ups lack basic leadership skills it’s not much a staff member can do. I really hate it here and will never deal with them again."
