"I was there when the place opened and only one person in front of me with one good sized bag. Took an hour and a half until done with my items. Not sure worth the $42 and had alot of items left. Manager was very nice but training someone and very very slow. Not sure I will be back. Not my first time here either."

"Don't waste your time. I was told none of my clothes were accepted because they were "well loved" but they all had tags on them still, I just wanted to get rid of what I hadn't worn before moving. I pointed that out and the staff that handed the bag back to me just shrugged and said that they were busy. I'm not sure they even looked through the bag. Everything was still folded the same way."

"I have been going here for years and found a lot of great items but lately there has been a steep decline. Although they are very selective when taking clothes, it does not really show on the racks. Items are by now often way over priced. Many changes in employees and management have definitely affected quality and style of items. It feels like a cheap thrift shop now, which is sad."

"I have been going to this store for years! I always find something while shopping. They have beautiful clothes, some with the tags still on, brand new. The prices are so reasonable, I honestly won’t shop anywhere else for clothes. The manager, Mandy is super friendly, yet professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. She always makes it a pleasant experience when I shop. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. It’s a little hidden gem that is worth checking out!"
