"If you think to yourself "wow this place has such little reviews, I wonder why?" it's because they delete recent reviews. This place is shady and absolutely sucks. If you can afford better, live somewhere else, if you cannot afford better, then take advantage of the university mental health options because you will need it. they have flooded my apartment twice (and used our towels to clean it) the oven rarely works, the stove rarely works, the toilet has to be manually refilled with water and they can't fix it for some reason, the sink leaked 7 times in 2 months, and then someone moved in and brought a german cockroach infestation into the building, which the apartment's pest control just COULD NOT get rid of, so I spend around $150-$200 of my own money to get rid of them (took like 4 months) there is zero communication from the apartment (so wifi will be down for like 2-3 weeks at a time, hot water will be out for 1-3 days without warning), and there is car break ins like daily. Maintenance will enter your apartment at like 8am and just walk into your bedroom like they pay rent. They will walk in, no warning, and for like no reason too?? They only stopped when I threatened to call the police and report a breaking and entering bc one of their employees went into my apartment while I was at work and moved all my furniture around (they stood on my personal chair with their muddy boots and tracked mud all over my rug) Thanks for listening to my ted talk. after 3 years here i am finally escaping. :) I will be reposting this review if it gets taken down Post Count: 1"

"About 10 bathroom floodings in total the 2yrs ive been here. Wifi is the worst. Don't come here unless you absolutely can't afford anywhere else..."
