"Stay was not that pleasant, was not able to check in on time due to the room not being ready. Then after I was able to check into the room I started to notice a bug crawling around on the counter which was a roach. Counter was dirty which u can see from paper towel used to kill the roach. Never received a call from management team like I was told I would be given. Micheal at the front desk has a bad attitude towards people, he refused to give me contact information on GM. Micheal then said well if you are trying to get your money back you won’t be getting it back because our GM is leaving on Friday. Micheal also hung up on me several times when I called the desk to talk with GM. I will not stay at this location EVER again in life this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Thanks to Micheal he made this decision on me to NEVER return to location EVER again. I give this hotel a 0 out of 10 stars."
"Got here at 6pm the room was 40 degrees no heat was on it took 2+ hours to get to 67. Oven was filthy and no toilet paper had paper towels but no tp. Wow not a place I want to go again."
