"Absolutely disgusting, bugs everywhere, also the staff was incredibly rude, didn't want to check us in, there was no conditioner, no hand soap, no breakfast even though it's stated that there is on their website, and there was holes in the bathroom door which are covered up with what looks like cheap plaster. Don't stay here, save your money this is horrible especially for $80."

"Absolutely disgusting hotel. Book a room for two weeks. If you like sharing a room with roaches this is the place for you! The hotel is filthy trach everywhere inside and out. Room looked like it has never been clean bedding was dirty shower was dirty. Had to buy my own cooking essentials plus silverware. Booked a room for two weeks I stay one night and checked out. Staying one night they still charged me for two weeks."

"Horrible customer service, roaches in room, seedy people hanging in the hallways, stairwells and parking lots. 100% sure two guys were waiting to rob me one late night when I went out for a cigarette. I had to force the front desk guy to check it out and sure enough they were hiding in the stairwell and he had to threaten to call the cops and they left. Also elevators didn't work entire 3 weeks I was there, I was on the 4th floor, I have limited mobility and I told them that. I had to have everything delivered and basically crawl down the stairs. Don't stay here, not worth it!!!"

"Couldn’t even give a fair review if I wanted to because I never made it to my room. I had called multiple times to ensure that there would be an attendant on call to check me in after hours (I arrived around 11pm) only to have the on call phone not ring to anyone. When I called in the morning (after having booked somewhere else) the attendant told me they had been having trouble with their on call phone for a few days, but are also simultaneously refusing a refund because they apparently dont have on call after hours - so then why the in lobby phone that rings an attendant ? Horrible experience , terrible customer service - go literally anywhere else."

"Paid for a 30day stay and the first night I ended up leaving because I got bite 3 times by a bedbug. I found it and killed it immediately. Told the staff and found another place to stay because I wasn’t about to sleep there after getting bit. Hopefully they will send someone out to spray or something. The rooms were nice and clean. A few cabinets were broken. Other guests were questionable. Got a different room and still ended up seeing a bed bug and got bit again on the forehead."
