"Recently visited New Braunfels Thrive with my dog. Dr gave prescription and it's been more than a week now. Can not get the prescription filled nowhere or anywhere cause the Dr gave 20 count and I can only order 15 or 30 count. Chewys don't want to refill because prescription count is 20 . No pharmacy has this meds for dogs. Last time I got the meds there at thrive, what is going on. My dog has pain and I'm stuck. This is not good and why can't thy give meds them selfs."
"I would like to thank the staff and vet at thrive. My cat Lady passed away they did everything they could and told me everything I could do to save her life. When the blood work came back not good the Vet had the sweetest consideration and did not stop til she could find me the most affordable way to end her suffering. My soul is hurting but is so thankful for y'all! I will be bringing my cats to get checked up here forever. Again thank you so much! This was her my little shoulder cat!"

"I brought my new kitten for her first rabies shot and it was super easy to make the appointment. Turns out she is too young right now, but the receptionist helped us time out when she would be 16 weeks and made an appointment for us there. Over all excellent experience."
