"I’ve taken several of my dogs here , and they are amazing, I believe they do not offer x-rays tho since it is a small affordable vet clinic prices stay low and services/resources are limited. They are hard to get ahold of sometimes and I see some reviews that say the lady sounds rude on the phone but I promise they are a very sweet couple once you get to come in and meet them, they are the only two people who work at that clinic but you can tell they fully give your dog a private service and put all their attention on your dog as well when you come in. I love them and will continue to recommend them , especially for their prices. They aren’t able to tell you a price over the phone but I have never came out of there with a vet bill I couldn’t afford. However if your dog has a serious injury that will need x rays or maybe a high risk surgery I’d recommend going to a bigger veterinarian clinic simply because it will be safer(will be expensive) but safer, I would say always call and ask sams all pets if they are able to help you though."

"I called the clinic to inquire about the prices of some of their services. However, the lady on the phone was rude. As soon as I asked for prices, I could hear she wasn't happy. She kept saying she couldn't give me exact prices on the services without seeing my pets in person, which I completely understand. But when I was trying to ask about a general price range for the services, she kept cutting me off, saying she couldn't speculate, that's she's not a doctor. Then, I tried to move on and ask about how the dental process goes so that I can have some peace of mind before I take my cats to them. But she kept cutting me off by repeating that she couldn't speculate about the prices, without even giving me a change to ask other questions. My rating is not for the vet's services, since I've never been there. But simply with my negative experience with the lady on the phone, it doesn't inspire confidence in me to trust them with my cats' well-being. To me, it demonstrates lack of patience and listening skills, which I consider important qualities at a place that takes care of others' well-being. I actually called them because, based on all the great reviews, they seemed like the perfect fit for me and my cats. But I'm going to be moving on to a more hospitable clinic."

"I would highly reccomemd this place I took my dog which had a ruptured tumor to 2 different clinics and was offered 2000 to fix my pup. I did not have that and thought I would have to put her down I came here and trust me it's well worth it I was able to keep my pup and fix her up. They are not here for the money but to help us be able to afford and keep our animals. Please try them you will not be let down or broke after treatment! Thank you Sam's all pets for your help and all you guys do!"
