"Have spent over 2 grand here in 6 months. They sold me 2 vapes for a couple dollars on accident one time. Going out of my way I noticed the mistake called them notifying them and I came in the next day to pay the difference. I come here multiple times a week and I use the rewards thing they have and on my off day my points were randomly redeemed when I wasn’t near Gurnee because I didn’t work that day. Ultimately they are losing a customer that shops with them multiple times a week because they are giving me the run around on $5 off lol as if I am lying about it. 3rd time I’ve been in there and I get the same answer every time. I gotta ask the owner about it. All good wish them luck but won’t be going anymore. Gave 3 chances to rectify it and I’m out."
"This store is extremely convenient. Located on a main road so it’s very easy to get to, prices are ok, and available late nights on weekends. Not too many smoke/vape shops around are open late these days, the hours here are amazing. Recommend this place over Zee Vapor and Mochis. Its not the best smoke shop I have ever been to, but it is nice it's open late."
