"I was in line and put the divider between orders and the African American woman gave me a dirty look and huffed something which I couldn't make out so I asked several times did I do something wrong she just ignored me she seemed very crabby why you'd have someone working at your store like that I don't know. Even the woman in front of me and behind me kept looking at me and eyes rolling as I asked again did I do something wrong. Very very unprofessional she should not be working with the public. I will now be taking my business to the Grayslake Dollar Tree. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year"

"This dollar tree is very clean... Organized... Fully stocked ... They did thank us.. didn't greet... But the store was very busy... Lots of customers... There were no real issues...no complaints for this store...I would definitely recommend this location....and will definitely go back to do some shopping...."
"This is what happens when the afternoon shift calls in leaves the staff high and dry. I only know this because the cashier apologized for the line (I had three people behind me). A very busy place. The older gentleman cashier maintained a positive attitude throughout. I will shop at this place again, but as a reminder to all: #1 when you call in to your job, give them ample time to react, and #2 do your best to keep a positive attitude during the holidays."
