"Unfortunately, I had an incident a few months ago where I had to return and item. The store manager lied and said he refunded my money. After a few days, I returned to check in on the refund it had not come through. The store manager and employees treated me as if I didn’t matter and I was lying. I got in contact with the store owner. He helped me. After a great experience with the store owner I decided to continue to support the store. However, each time I go in I am met with rudeness and negative energy. I suggest the store owner get new employees with better rapport with everyone in the community not just select few. Peace"
"Bought a vape pen and it broke within a week of purchasing it. Garbage. Gives a second chance… so Go back to purchase the same thing 3 different times and each time a different price? Very inconsistent and doesn’t even make sense. I get sales happen but purchasing the same thing three different times in a month period of time and all three times it being a different price?
