"The Woman working the register #1 today between 8am-9am timeframe 2/24/24 was extremely rude and unprofessional, had no manners or etiquette, there was one customer in front of me and no one else behind me, I suffer from severe medical conditions so I’m sometimes not fully aware of my surroundings, I’m extremely jumpy, I had maybe 20 items if that, small items, I wasn’t aware I was in an express lane, the cashier raised her voice at me loudly said ‘’YOU KNOW THIS IS ONLY EXPRESS LANE RIGHT “ while bobbing her head making a sarcastic face with her eyes coming out of her head. I was so so confused I took my few item off the belt and said sorry and walked away, she made a face as I walked away, still their was no one else waiting in line, the was no need for the Ghetto experience, spent almost $150.00 on a few items to be treated like this, the cashiers on the other register was much nicer and more apologetic, they offered me a gift card which I declined, I just wanted to be treated kindly, kindness doesn’t cost anything, Ghetto behavior shouldn’t be tolerated towards customers."
"I am from New York City and this supermarket is really a Jewel, in the heart of Gurnee, Illinois. They have so many items to choose from, at great prices, but what makes this store special, are the employees. I’ve seen my fair share of “rude” being from NYC, but coming here , they make you feel like family. Thank you for making me feel welcome! Definitely recommend this too everyone who comes to visit or shop."
"Around 7:00 tonight I just bought a bucket of chicken wings I got home and tried to eat it and I couldn't even bite into it it was so hard. If the wings have been sitting for a long period of time it's best to not sell them."
