"With my first purchase at Woody, I have to say I am quite pleased with the experience. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Jarvis Jackson and expressed my interest in a used car on the lot. We were shown right to the car, and he walked around the car with us answering all our questions. Just like that, we were ready for a test drive and quickly got on our way. We fell in love with the car and after some discussions decided it was the right one for us. The finance process was quick and painless, and we were out in record time. Everything went better than expected until we got home, and that is where the story took a turn. The car started but had a very rough idle, nothing like it was doing on our test drive and this was 10 minutes after we left. Called Jarvis up, and he said they would take a look at it the next day. Let's just say that Jarvis helped us out tremendously as they took care of the issues with no questions asked.
