I got busy with Christmas and lost all track of the days and totally missed my due date and when they called to remind me they were so sweet and understanding. "Although the staff was very nice and accommodating, I unfortunately had a terrible experience from the beginning that caused my account to be negative. They sent me a check in the mail saying I was pre-approved however due to changes in the company, my check was reversed. Due to me already spending it, I am now trying to bring my account back positive. I got another loan but only qualified for a smaller amount than the original so I'm still in debt!"
