"Had my doctor send over a referral. They wanted records from my other doctors which is fine. My other doctors said that they they never received a records request so I had to do their job and get them myself to send to them. That whole process took 3-4 weeks. Then they took 2.5 weeks to review my records all to finally tell me that they can schedule me for the end of September. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m in extreme pain now with no hope to see a doctor and I wasted almost two months with these people. Do not waste your time with this office."

"Wish I could put 0 stars. Was referred in August and was told the soonest they could see me was January 23. So, I waited MONTHS with extreme headaches almost daily just for them to call me December 20 to inform me that they were no longer accepting my insurance and would be canceling my appointment. Sad that this is what they call healthcare."
