"Originally, I had my dog set for a bath and nail trim with file, however, they informed me when I arrived for her appointment that they could not do the bath due to her scabbing near her tail. They said the shampoo would cause irritation due to the fragrances used in the shampoo. This did not make sense to me because either way she needed a bath and they offer natural shampoos in store with no fragrance, so why could they not use that instead? I had to take her home to wash her instead of using the services. They did cut and trim her nails."
