"I had one tele-doc appointment with Tiffany on 5/22/2020. I was hopeful that she could help me with a traumatizing experience I had just gone through. We scheduled for another tele-doc appointment on 5/29/2020 at 8am. I made arrangements with my boss to come in late that day. I received a text message shortly before that appointment that she needed to cancel the tele-doc appointment because she wasn't feeling well. I was disappointed and explained that due to my workload the next 2 weeks and their hours, I wouldn't be able to reschedule till the week of 6/15. I was hoping that she would offer an evening or weekend accommodation due to her late cancel on me but that was not the case. She said she would send me available times for the week of 6/15 but, I never heard from her again. Very disappointing!"

"Unreliable and unprofessional to let your 3pm appointment know that you are ill at 2:30. I should charge you for my time taken off work."

"Extremely difficult to near impossible to deal with on the office side. He over charged my card, that he insisted keeping on file, multiple times even after paying cash for copays. He would not/could not provide the documentation of erroneous charges that we requested at least 4 times over the course of one month. He cancelled and called out sick at the last minute but yet continued to charge us if we emailed him needing to reschedule days before. Also it's worth noting that since he is a therapist that charges by the minute when he started a session 5 mins early, he would spend the first several minutes talking about his frustrations on his weekend hunting trip but then will say, "oh we started early so we are finishing a few minutes early" You do not get your 45 minutes that you pay for when you have to listen to him talk about himself for 6-8 minutes. And yes, I timed it, twice."
