"Kim (The driver) deserves 5stars. She was patient with a group of 8 year olds & Very friendly. The Problem was Tyneka was rude initially. After i brought her rudeness to her attention she corrected herself and kept it professional after that. So i won’t give 1 Star. I think 3 stars is fair. It was about a 20-30 minute one way drive that turned into over an hour because the bus wouldn’t go faster than 5mph. It’s kind of a safety hazard. Whatever’s wrong mechanically with the bus should be corrected asap. When we got off the bus it was leaking fluid i’m assuming it was water but it was pouring out like a faucet."
"“ An amazing time “ Is what all my friends were telling me. Kim, our driver, was very accommodating to make several stops that were not scheduled as planned. But most of all of all they allow me to make payments throughout several cards, which made The booking easy and affordable. The only reason why I did not give a five Star rating is because I want to have karaoke on the bus. However, the mic was not provided. Other than that I have no other complaints. I would highly recommend this service, and I would once again use DFW Party bus again."
"Booking was easy and fast. There was a mechanical issue last minute with the bus we reserved. We were notified ASAP and were give another very satisfactory option. For the event, driver was punctual. Driver was patient with us when are plans changed slightly and overall provided excellent service."
"We had a very professional and courteous driver named Cedric. He picked us up and got us home safely in the agreed upon time per our contract. The bus was spacious and the temperature was just right. The sound system on the bus was amazing and the television in the back of bus was a nice feature as well."
"What a time we had!! I can’t say enough great things about DFW fun bus. Cedrick our driver was great with communication, arrival time and getting us back to our starting point with no issues. The bus had a great sound system and was immaculately clean. From the beginning when I booked the team meet my expectations and went above and beyond communicating and making sure everything was great for my sisterhood weekend. Would definitely recommend and will use again!"
