"Do not work with them. Seriously, you will need to replace your items anyway, so why pay this company just to have them damage your furniture and dishes? Look at my pictures if you don’t believe me. Like other people here, this company showed up and demanded more money on the day of. I had no choice but to agree. They damaged every piece of furniture and many other items."

"I had a horrible experience with moving forward group. They arrived a day later than they told me, even though they promised me they would be there that day and forced me to spend over $200 on a hotel room (I was never reimbursed as you can probably guess.) Then they showed up and added $700 extra to the initial quote which I had no choice but to agree to because I started a new job in a new city in just a few days.) The driver promised me it would be delivered by Sunday, but no one showed up on Sunday. I called Pito at Moving Forward group where he screamed at me and verbally harassed me. I have never been yelled at in such a way and never intend to again. To make matters worse, when the truck finally arrived they tried to charge me $100 extra per step they had to carry all items going up stairs even though we agreed to a whole flight of stairs with no extra charge (they consider anything over 5 steps to be more than a flight of stairs). Luckily I was able to show in the contract that this is incorrect and did not have to pay extra but it was still ridiculous. Then to top it all off the tv had a stress fracture and had to be thrown away, my antique desk was missing drawers and had scratches, and my computer monitor had a scratch across the screen. Moving Forward Group offered me a $300 settlement if I deleted my previous review, which I did. Unfortunately they never sent the $300 so I am reposting this review. I have attached pictures of the damaged items below."
