"I came here with my wife and daughter looking to trade in our vehicles for a truck and we had expectations set and let them know once they assessed our vehicles and started negotiations. The sales representative that was facilitating our deal was Janel and she did great and made the process smooth by answering any questions and if she didn't know, she found out. Zonje worked with us on filling out the paperwork and she was incredibly nice and made the whole experience easy by already having our plates registered and ready to go. The first visit where they assessed our vehicles and we started negotiations took about an hour and a half to two hours.
