"I don't know if this is a local management issue or an Expedia issue. We reserved a non-smoking room via Expedia, but when we arrived, the desk clerk told us our room would be a smoking room. There were no non-smoking rooms available. We accepted it because it was Groundhog Days weekend in Woodstock, and rooms were hard to find. The smell was overpowering. In some hotels, there's a strong smell of bleach in the towels, pillows, and bedcovers. I could smell no evidence of bleach in this room. There were burn marks on the bathroom tile and burn holes in the comforter, sheets, and mattress cover. There was also dried vomit on the doorframe inside the bathroom. Housekeeping would have had to stand inside the bathroom and close the door to see it. But my biggest complaint is that we did not get the non-smoking room we had reserved in good faith."

"What an absolute dump. The hall and the room stinks of a combination of smoke, must, and rot. Rooms are dated. I was afraid to sleep under the covers. Don’t take your shoes off because your feet will stick to the floor. (no carpet) I only stayed for about 6 hours to get a nap and get back on the road during a snow storm. How in the hell do they keep a franchise?"

"The room was dirty, the front desk clerk was very rude, two things in our room were broke and no one would come look at it to fix it. I will never stay at this hotel again!"

"If you like staying in the 70's, all that's missing is a disco ball! Room was clean, but no charging ports, metal rack for a closet, cracked bathtub, landline phone with pushbutton dialing. Breakfast was a pitcher of orange juice and a couple of packaged pastries left. How does this place keep the Wyndham affiliation?"

"Reeks of pot when you walk in to register, but upstairs rooms did not. I've stayed here twice in the span of a year. Both rooms were clean, no bugs. Quiet enough that I didn't notice my neighbors - had a good night's sleep. Elevator is old & a little sketchy but functions. Water pressure & temp are good in shower. The place was busy, but check-in was easy, quick, friendly enough. I felt as safe as I ever have in a roadside motel. Breakfast was just a packaged cinnamon roll, but coffee was good, hot, and plentiful. Overall you get what you pay for. For less than $100/night, I'm satisfied with this place."
