"Every time I go in to this store the manager in the morning is the worst. She's rude. Dismissive. Always has an attitude. And when you ask for anything like to read the order back or even to check to make sure you were charged correctly they huff and puff and you can hear it. I'm looking for a new donut place. If anyone can suggest a donut place so I can stop going to this horrible place it would be greatly appreciated. I'm tired of being disrespected."

"This is the probably the 12th time ive gone through and ordered at this location. Unless I go into the store and watch them make the damn drink its always incorrect. I ordered the turtle signature latte, small, with light ice. The man said ok no porblem. It looked correct at first so i drove off, then took a sib and relized i was given a caramel craze, with regular ice, medium. Ive worked a drivethrough before, its really not that hard. Even if you're burnt out at your job, witch I get it, but come on guys. Its coffee."
"Staff not at all helpful at all and rarely very friendly. Also, please stop raising your rates well beyond inflation. You are not Starbucks and never will be. They have the nicer interiors and overall far better coffee. I don't go to Starbucks because they charge entirely too much money. If you Dunkin' starts charging even close to Starbucks pricing for drinks, you will lose my family and company business which is equal to at least $2k each year."
"Went inside to order. Cool cool. Except there were 3 employees working. No one acknowledged my presence. Asked someone if I order on the kiosk and he kind of nodded. Still not paying attention. How weird that you are basically only servicing a drive thru. Close the inside of your facility then?????!! Not to mention flies everywhere . Was kind of grossed out."
