"greeter called us “stupid idiots” bc we had our receipt sent to someone else. totally understand why we had to go back but if you’re gonna hire a greeter make sure they’re nice??? thank you walmart for not protecting me from harassment when working for you and as a shopper. disappointing…"

"seemed very understanding to my concern and said he'd follow up with the associate. My only other issue has been that they don't really keep pets from coming inside the store so that's a bit frustrating. My service dog has been barked at, lunged at, etc and even one of the associates have told me a mastiff comes in and nips at people??? Crazy. Some of the greeters are so sweet and ask the proper questions regarding service dogs, one of them even talked to me for a good 5 minutes asking me questions about the laws to educate herself. But I'd say since I moved here a year ago I've only been asked 3 or 4 times "is that a service dog" and "what tasks does he provide" the questions you are supposed to ask to prevent pets and ESAs from entering. Keep in mind some of the times I've only been asked "is he a service dog" and not the follow up question so that's probably how you're getting so many fakes in your store. Emotional support is not a valid service dog task per the ada. Basically staff is super sweet, I have conversations with most of them and they are amazing. Love the girls at check out. However I wish Walmart as a company trained their employees better in ADA/Service Dog knowledge. So many PET dogs that shouldn't be allowed in store are in the store and it's unsafe (especially a nipping mastiff)."

"every Saturday in the last 3 months. at the register we get the worst service. why do customers have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to purchase alcohol. why can't the manager ring the customer up right away. several times we saw her standing there laughing with the other associates. while we waited for her to do her job. is this the price we pay for her to feel important. this happens every time after 12pm."
