"I ordered a double rice chicken bowl to find out in my first bite that there was a bone. I come here often and never have had bones in my food. I thought it was ok, but in another few bites, I swallowed a bone and almost choked. Not returning"
"Got yelled by one of the lady’s making the food. I was calm? And said I had no issues at all I was simply trying to be understanding and said I was confused why she felt the need to scream in public. She completely abandoned the food and said “I cant deal with this” Shortly after some large man holding a knife came up and asked what the problem was. I said I really had no idea and It wasn’t a big issue. Eventually someone else had to make our food. By the way I was smiling and happy and I was with my family including my Younger siblings 11 and 10 who had to see all of it. We were all confused and ready to leave at that point. I understand that it can get busy and overwhelming for the worker, but I don’t feel like its okay to take that out on a customer."
"I’ve only been to this location about 3 times and each time I get less and less food. I went today expecting to get a decently sized meal only to have my bowl virtually empty. The rice barley covered the bottom of the bowl. I remember when Chipotle used to give out hefty portions to the point where I would have left overs. Now the portion sizes aren’t even enough to keep me full. Definitely won’t’ be coming back to this location."
"We placed an online order for lunch today and picked up through the pickup window 10 minutes after the order was placed. When we opened the food we were disappointed to see that the bowls were less than half full with barely any rice, mine only had 2 pieces of chicken, and the lettuce was brown. Everything in both bowls was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while even though our order was placed 10 minutes before we picked it up. Wouldn’t recommend this location."
"I never leave comments or reviews but I’m blew. The food was bland, had no flavor. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was run by a white person lol. Season the damn food please. Also, the cashier was clueless when ringing up my total. Like bro you literally just made the damn burrito how do you not know what I ordered. Won’t come here again tbh."
