"This is an absolutely beautiful location and I found that it was so serene. The view of the Mississippi is incredible and the walking paths are very nicely done. I was there in March so I can't wait to see this location when all the wild flowers and native plants return. I don't have a dog, but it seems like it would be a dog friendly hiking area. We couldn't take our eyes off of the Mississippi and it was near sunset when we were there so it made it even more beautiful."

"Casper Bluff is good for an intermediate level walk, with more hills than you might expect and nice, wide mowed grass paths that lead along the river and next to some forest and much open grasslands. More benches than you can shake a stick at, so if you need a rest, you'll have ample opportunities."
"Beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The hiking is somewhat short but very beautiful and so much bird watching! Perfect day hike for our minimoon!"
