"Great pizza and friendly service! This is a gas station, a convenience store, and it even has ready-made food such as pizza, andsandwiches. If you have some time, they will make fresh pizza or other eats to order. I think their fresh made pizza is fantastic. There's a great choice of toppings and this is the best pizza I have found since moving to Illinois. The mushrooms they use on the pizza are my favorite, and as a vegetarian, I really do enjoy their vegetarian pizza.They have a rewards program and I have found is very much worth signing up for. They'll send you notices and/or emails with great specials and the more you purchase you'll end up with points that you can use to reduce the price of your next purchase. Everyone at Casey's has always been so friendly to us."
"Life saver! We are staying in a near by hotel. We needed food and everything in Galena was closed. The Caseys employees were great! The young man that made our pizza was very accommodating. The pizza was outstanding! Thank you!"

"Usually I like Casey’s and have nothing against their services. But I went to get gas the other day and the pump burst in my hand and absolutely soaked me head to toe in gasoline. I’m a pretty mellow person so I understand accidents happen but when I went to ask for a refund for the gas that pumped out while it was burst, they said I’d have to wait while they confirm with a manager that they can do that. Took another 10 minutes to realize YES you can refund the guy whose nice clothes are ruined. So I got refunded 2/3s of the price in cash but no other kind of compensation for having to deal with any of that."
