"Place must be under new management, literally sat in line in the drive-through waiting for breakfast for 15 -20 minutes and nobody took any orders, then was told that they were still making the sausage and it would take another 15 to 20 minutes to get any food. Absolutely ridiculous, seen multiple people just drive off because they were so tired of waiting. Management needs to be there during ever shift so that the place can open and close properly. If you’re not willing to pay what it cost for good employees then be there to do it yourself….This is another horrible example of owners and management not taking responsibility for there businesses. It’s time for companies to take responsibility for franchise owners and stop restricting how much they can pay employees, you are not making more profits by having less customers."

"A simple request. No pickles. For the escalating prices, we as consumers expect more. Especially when workers want more money. Do better, it's really not that difficult! I was the only car in the drive thru, so it wasn't busy. The people in both windows were nice and cordial. The gal who brought the bag out didn't say anything when handing the bag over. Again, not that difficult to be polite, especially when in a customer service job.."

"I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time because I haven't been happy with the quality. I decided to give them one more try since I didn't have time to make my lunch to day and of course I was very disappointed. I ordered a quarter pounder Deluxe with no cheese no Salt. What do I get, I get a Patty with ketchup and onions no tomato no lettuce And no mayonnaise or anything that's supposed to come along with a quarter pounder Deluxe Sandwich. I like the sticker you put on the bag saying.double checked for accuracy... I won't be going back to McDonald's to pay 7.99 for a hamburger that was mediocre and incorrect it's not rocket science it's a Sandwich."

"Not a quick stop for carry-out, but they got our custom order exactly right. Used the kiosk since our sandwich order is a little quirky. Got order placed and ready to pay, then kiosk said it couldn't accept payments. Thankfully, it printed out a confirmation with our order number. Waited in line at counter, then paid for what I had already requested. Staff was courteous and friendly. Manager made extra effort to double-check that we didn't want meat on our sandwiches. Cashier made sure we received all the items we ordered. Very clean restrooms. Plenty of parking."
