"This is the absolute worst company I have ever been associated with, they don’t give a damn about their drivers, constantly sitting waiting on loads, home 4 days off load late the next day drive all night to get the delivery made the next day, then sit from Friday at 5 pm till Monday at 5 pm on Monday, say something to the boss lady and am told “That’s just the nature of the Reefer business “ sorry but I’ve been driving more than 40 years and that is not the nature of any business, dispatchers are lazy, won’t look for a load until after you deliver the load you are on, won’t look for a load after noon on Friday, then they pester you for more pictures of BOLs from months before, send messages all hours of the night and day, and expect an answer while you are driving, this is definitely a company to stay away from, they have a very high CSA score and are gonna get someone hurt or killed"

"I promise you, you'll regret the decision working with these guys. Manager is immoral and doesn't care one bit about her drivers. Literally zero benefits no worth it inverter (they give one but you can't use it for anything, no microwave, no stove, nothing) and a constant game of chicken with either you getting fired or money deductions or you running illegally or doing activities that are otherwise not safe. No one in the company speaks passable English (even at their headquarters/shops) other than the boss and she rarely picks up the phone. Their advertisements say passenger and pet program but there isn't either. It's literally forms that say the company isn't liable for anything that you have to fill out prior to each and every load with tons a typos, so it wont hold up in court. Pets are a whole different thing, same as passenger but they charge you, then still don't take responsibility and then make you pay a cleaning fee. Insurance is really poor and their driver score is HORRIBLE (had a cop tell me that one). So I dont know about starting pay but max pay is 70c a mile but because the score is horrible its constant sitting because company's drop them constantly. Dispatch is incompetent, never picks up or follows through with anything they say they'll do and they dont talk to each other so if you say something to one guy, no one else knows about it so you have to explain it like 5 times over. They'll give you loads that don't match your schedule once so ever. They go through these guys like hot cakes because the manager is unbearable to deal with and they're pay is poor for them. Manager will placate you and say one thing and do the complete opposite and tell you to do it or you're fired even if it's not safe and she doesn't negotiate. Literally no perks, gotta buy everything positive for yourself and even still they'll pretend it's theirs. Will get you into an accident with their bad unlicensed maintenence and then pretend it wasn't them. They'll blame you for every truck issue even though they undermine and half do all repairs. They give you PREFILLED OUT accident reports, usually the complete opposite of what happened. It's like pulling teeth to get payments for lumper fees or anything else as every approval is from one person who rarely picks up. You'll sit quick a lot unless you're willing to take advantage of the bosses request to drive off the clock but don't expect any praise because she'll pretend like that never happened. Company wants to write EVERYTHING in whatsapp but even if you do, they don't. They'll get on you about it but never hold up their end. It's been 6 months since I quit because the boss won't take any responsibility for her misconduct and it's still in the top worst companies."

"If you have any self respect as a Truck Driver, you will avoid this company like the venomous snake it is. No on-duty pay. No Benifits, No Paid Vacation or bonuses. Constant disparages with your paycheck. DO NOT WORK HERE. Keep roll'n driver"

"Parked for the day at Nick's Catfish & BBQ in Carlisle Arkansas. Soon as I turned my truck off, one of your drivers pulled in on my passenger side. He saw me sitting there, nodded his head. He got off of his truck, went to side of truck to relieve himself in the parking lot. This is why truck parking lots stink. Not only that, he saw me sitting there, it's obvious I'm a woman and he did it anyway. There's a restaurant right in front of us...with a bathroom and It's during dinner time. He walked in to get food to bring out but couldn't do his bathroom business in private and not in the parking lot. Stuff like this is why we as truck drivers have fewer and fewer places to park anymore. We have to do better...take pride in our jobs and do the right thing all the time. I'm pretty disgusted by his lack of self control and his blatant disregard for those around him. Truckers have a bad name now for reasons like this. Truck Number 879 Cross Integrated Transport LLC VIN D850321"

"Cant speak for the whole company but one of there drivers is a hazard on the road. Running 75mph , switching in and out of lanes, cutting people off, swerving, we got up next to him a few times and he was playing with gps and looking down like he may have been texting or something. That is tractor 568 on 71 south in Lebanon, OH at about 12:30 Eastern time on 7/6/22."
