"Never thought this would even be real. To come to a location of Taco bell in dalhart and never get served. Came early time on opening and circle around couple of times to see anyone was able to see me. After waiting and multiple rounds around the building, looks like one was able to provide some service. It 9:46am and the opening time should been at 9am. Thanks"
"Worst Taco Bell, I have every been to. Taco shell were stale. Employees seem to be in a bad mood. They saw me but just kept walking around, till one decided to come take my order. No hello, no smile."
"First off, the girl cooking had her butt hanging out, Came in to eat took 20 mins of waiting then to be told that they gave it out to someone else. Sat at front for the whole time being ignored while waiting on my food. Also didn’t put any meat in my food once they fixed the order. Worst service I’ve ever had will not come back to Taco Bell! Grill cheese burrito was absolutely terrible, cheesy Gordita crunch made me feel sick couldn’t even eat half of it."
"The cashier around 2:30 today chatted with a friend in the drive up line for a very long time while we waited to place our order inside. We are vegetarian and we ordered two bean burritos and a cheese quesadilla. Either she entered our order wrong (most likely) or someone made it wrong, but it had chicken on it. We were too far down the road to return this inedible food and had to trash it. Pay attention people!!! This is NEVER okay."
"This place was as cold as an ice box inside. That, however, was not the worst problem with the restaurant. For one, the crew was slower than pond water in January! I realize that they were understaffed and I try to be understanding of that. However, it kinda upset me to see the one lady playing with her phone while I was waiting far too long for my order. After I finally got my food about half of it was totally disgusting. Anything that had been deep fried was disgusting, the rest of the food was delicious. It tasted like they’ve been using the same deep frying oil for the past month! I ended up throwing some of the food away, it was just too disgusting to eat."
