"Stopped by in the way through to Trinidad. Service was fast and food absolutely delicious. Building looks like it is still doing some renovations but the food they have down for sure!"

"Had the asada huarache and it was great. Plain Chalupas were a great portion and even better tasting. Pastor Torta was amazing. Without a doubt, this place is authentic and a great addition to Panhandle eats. Must stop on way to Capulin, Raton, or Trinidad."

"This place just recently opened, but I can only review the service because we didn't get any food. Myself and my family went in to eat, very excited about a new place in Dalhart. The waitress didn't speak any english which is generally not an issue, we don't speak Spanish but my brother in law does (he was with us), and we don't mind pointing to what we want on the menu. However, they don't have menus, and the waitress was very put out about us having to use one person to order our food. They also do not offer chips and salsa AT ALL. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes of waiting for our drinks. Update: I do appreciate that the owner responded to my review, however, we didn't go when they were closed. I went two weeks ago and just got around to posting because of the holidays. They were open, there was one other table dining-in, eating food that looked delicious, but the waitress was rude, and didn't bring our drinks after waiting for 20 minutes when she didn't have any other tables. She literally just disappeared. However, we will not let a rude waitress stop us from an opportunity to try it again in the future, the food the other diners had looked wonderful, we just had a bad experience on that visit. I am sure as they get better established they will develop menus (with pricing listed), and maybe offer chips and salsa, even if it isn't complementary."
