"While we were driving through Dalhart on our way home to Oklahoma from Colorado, our wheel bearing went out. By chance, the best place for us to pull off the road was this store. They helped us verify the problem, had the part in the store, and then loaned us the necessary tools and helped put the new one on, which meant staying almost an hour past closing time. They were incredibly nice and extremely helpful. We are so thankful for the folks there, especially Shawn and Leroy. If we could give them ten stars, we would!"

"My husband and I were on our way through town on our way to Colorado when the fan belt on our Jeep snapped causing a few other issues. I called around to three mechanics in town and no one answered. I then called Napa to ask if they recommended a local mechanic who may be open. Scott answered and told me that on a Saturday afternoon I would probably have a hard time finding someone to help but if I could get the Jeep to the store he would try to help us out. As soon as we arrived to the store all of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Scott helped us get our vehicle back up and running and on our way in an hour all while keeping a smile on his face and a great attitude. Thank you so much Scott and Napa! I wish we had the kind of service you provided in Colorado!"

"Had a problem with my brand new batteries I thought that they world defective one of the employees went out tested the batteries long with the alternator found out that it wasn't the batteries problem winter repair shop and it wasn't the batteries but a 12-volt like that was staying on they all did this for free way to go"

"While traveling back from Red River to Amarillo, our bronco broke down in Dalhart.. when we got to NAPA they did not have the part we needed, but gave my husband a ride to their competitor to get a part. Meanwhile they noticed me and my daughter out in the heat with our little dog and invited us into cool off while we waited. They even loaned us a tool that we needed to work on vehicle. When it was closing time, Sherry gave us her personal cell# and said to please call if we had any trouble. This goes above and beyond great customer service,"

"Sales people are usually eager to help you locate parts and merchandise, however, they tend to carry brands of parts that don't usually line up with what you need, you can probably count on a returning to cross reference a stock number or two, and for that reason I can only give them four stars."
