"The employees were good, however the restaurant was very low on all the items. I ended up getting a plate of chicken. that was good but not really what I wanted. I wanted it either a chicken sandwich or chicken wings."
"Went tonight and was told they had no fried chicken and it would be 20 minutes I said ok they then asked if I wanted roasted chicken so I said that would do and was told they didn't have that either so no clue why they offered it. Then they must have went to the bathroom...after a few minutes of silence I drove off."
"The food was hot and fresh. However, we waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. We only had 1 combo meal and 9 wings. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but 45 minutes is way too long. We still had a 5 hour drive ahead of us to get back to Oklahoma and we were hungry."
"Went there for lunch. Nobody in line but several in the lobby. Waited and waited for someone to take our order. After about 5 minutes standing there, a worker finally came up and looked at us. I told him we needed to order if they were ready. He put his hands on his head and turned around and walked away. Several other workers were walking back and forth past the counter and never spoke to us. Waited another 5 minutes and still nobody took our order. We ended up walking out. They lost about a $35 order."
"I've eaten there before, and it's very delicious, but. When I went this last time. They had no rotisserie chicken. So I had to go to Taco Bell. This was at 5 o'clock PM. Supposed to be fast food. Why do they not have what I wanted at 5 PM during dinner rush? When I did have their chicken b4 it was delicious. They also decided to help out somebody that walked in behind me to pick up a delivery first while I was standing at the counter."
