"Andy is truly a saint. We broke down on a long road trip from arkansas and were not sure where to even start with fixing our car. With it being a Sunday all the body shops were closed. We went to O’Reilly just hoping that someone could help. Andy was off this day but happened to be in the store and spent the next THREE hours fixing our car enough to drive it to a hotel for the night and drive to a body shop the next morning. He even hooked us up with a local mechanic who even gave us a ride all the way to Amarillo for a rental. This town is full of kind people who helped us on a very low day"

"Had some car troubles in Clayton,NM the closest Oreillys was in Dalhart spoke with Alan about getting an alternator ordered that morning said it would be there by 4 in the afternoon decided to have my battery tested only took them 30 minutes and was told my battery was bad. Alternator was never was ordered. Took off my alternator to get it tested only to have them tell me I had to have it on the vehicle. This was Dec 9 well yesterday I was on the road and same issues that I was having in NM battery started acting up . I think there’s a couple individuals here who don’t care about the customers they’ll tell you anything to get you out of their hair and to make you spend money you don’t need to spend . Disappointed cause Oreillys is my go to for auto parts. Jeff was helpful but the influence other employees have on Jeff is sad. I would steer clear of the kids that run this store and talk to someone with a little more knowledge. Save yourself the trouble and money"

"I'd been on the road for about eight hours, when my engine light went on! I stopped, did research on my phone and back-tracked to O'Reilly. It was late and I was alone but the guys made me feel like I was in good hands. They helped me confirm what the issue was and for the price of a gas cap, I was all good. My Dad passed away a year ago and these guys reminded me of him so much. Looking back, I think it it was a blessing in disguise. Thank you for helping me & bring up such great memories of working with my Dad!"

"While driving from Houston to Oregon my truck decided to break down in Dalhart, TX. I guess my truck wasn't ready to leave Texas just yet. Decided to drive it to the nearest O'Reilly's and work on it myself. I spent 9 hours at this O'Reilly's. Every single one of the workers was extremely helpful getting the parts I needed and returning parts/tools I didn't use. I didn't receive a single complaint about working on my truck in their parking lot. On the contrary, they recommended a few local mechanics one of which fixed my truck. Part for the problem seemed to be the U-joints and the central support bearing. As you can see, I removed the driveshaft. Ended up calling a mechanic to replace the U-joints and support bearing, though. Thanks to the O'Reilly staff I was able to get every part I needed, find a good mechanic, and get back on the road. Highly recommend this O'Reilly for all your car/truck parts."
