"Husband surprised me this morning with a tandem ride. I was irritated that I had to get up about 6:00 the one day I get to sleep in. 6:00 am was totally worth it. The staffers were welcoming. The instructor guy and ground instructor gal throughly explained what would happen, answered my questions, and gave directions how to turn. The instructor let me do quite a bit of steering. I was never scared. Totally trusted my instructor and the paramotor equipment. What can I say beyond FANTASTIC! Have already told my daughters that they would love it. I hope my husband goes soon. "Great paramotor school taught by Ron Toran and assisted by many great instructors. The training is second to none, and you will learn alot about paramotors, flying, kiting, saftey, and so much more. Ron's class is about 10 days of classroom, field application, and more classroom. "Probably the best place in the United States to learn to fly paramotors. It seems like one of the most important things about a good school is the culture of the school. I spent time there getting my instructor rating. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the culture of this place is one of continual learning. Not just learning how to fly better but learning how to train better, learning how to be a better flying Community, learning how to help people with their emotional needs. This would be a good choice to learn any aspect of paramotoring."

"I had previously trained at another school but didn’t feel comfortable with being on my own even though I had returned to them a few times. I was referred to Ron by a fellow student of the class I originally trained at. Ron responded right away and even on short notice, made time for me as I was passing through San Antonio. Right away I was impressed with their school, with a classroom, an actual powered paraglider simulator with their actual field programmed in as well as their actual training curriculum. His workbooks and homework is geared towards your PPG2 rating. I spent 2.5 days with Ron and I feel like I learned so much during my time there. Right away he looks over my gear, lifted me up to check my hang points and then we were off and running! Literally, running down the runway with my motor on my back and practicing forward launching and taxiing under power.
