"I attended this school for their fast track EMT-B course. I finished all the course requirements in October of 2023 and almost 4 months later I have finally been approved to test. They did not show any sense of urgency or empathy toward my situation. You can call, email and show up at the school looking for answers and they will take their sweet time helping you. The customer service department will tell you they will forward messages to the admin department and the owner but responses are sparce. It took a bad google review for them to provide updates and correspondence. Also, good luck getting ahold of the owner of the school for help. He did send an email once so its hard to call him completely absent but he is scarce. I would consider your other options before giving money to this school. EMS Universal may delay your ability to test for the national exam. My overall experience has been disappointing. The only positives I got from this experience were my classmates and our instructor. One classmate is still unable to test because they haven't approved their application. Don't take that chance. To summarize: 0/5 stars 1,800.00 dollars that could have been spent elsewhere on a school that handles it's business in a timely manner and cares about the students."

"The admin staff was extremely helpful and considerate. The instructors provided great live training and the skills test. The two days of training went by fast and I will be back for any refresher courses I may need in the future."
"This is the second time I've taking an EMT refresher course through EMS University. It has been extremely convenient, the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, and I've learned things from both the instructors and other students that I may not have learned in a traditional EMT refresher course. The other students come from a variety of backgrounds all over the country and bring experience that is hard to come by in a lot of locations. My experience with them has been great."
