"HORRIBLE to say the least. My daughter lasted a week and I took her out asap. I would never recommend this school if you live in the district definitely send your child to either idea or walzem."

"Mrs. WASHINGTON the VP has got her stuff together that's for sure! She knows her "kids" (students) at her School. She is very respectful & direct & I truly like that about her. I can tell she goes over & beyond her job at Ed white. Now, the reason I rated this school a 2 star is because "the majority" of the students that attend here are NOT well behaved adolescents! There is "gang group's" a few of the kids live right next to those apartments next to Ed White that are in 1 of the gang's. Profanity goes on in the classrooms during school lessons ALL the time. A few of the teacher's even have "clicks" (favorites) among quite a few of the students. Not sure if that's to keep peace in their classrooms or what's that's really about, but it definitely is not normal. The dress code also seems to not be strictly enforced, I see students in the wrong dress code daily. Also, a few of the Teachers don't speak respectfully to the students. ( I won't go any further on that topic) & the surrounding neighborhoods don't have a good reputation either. ... violence, drug trafficking, robbery, & vandalism. If you have a CHOICE pick a better area.... Harris Middle school or Driscoll middle school. Stay away from Any "idea schools!""
