"I love how quickly my son is progressing! They don’t baby the kids and take them too slow. It’s been just enough persistence to push him beyond his comfort level to reach his next goal. He went from crying his second day to LOVING swim class. He even asks to go on the days we aren’t scheduled."

"The staff is amazing handling schedule changes and ensure my children get into a class for swimming lessons. I love this place! Highly recommend for you to bring your children here for lessons. Staff is professional and accommodating for a busy lifestyle. 5 stars!"

"We have been doing lessons here for a couple of years and both of my girls have learned so much. Coach Nimbe, Coach Tyler, and Coach Joanna are our favorite instructors. Coach Joanna has helped my little one gain so much confidence in the water. It seems like she really enjoys her job as a swim instructor. So kind, and gentle, yet firm with the kids and setting boundaries and goals to work on. The staff is wonderful, but missing 1 star because of the facility itself. The pool seems to be kept up with as I see them testing the water almost every time I'm there, but the rest of the facility could use some upkeep. I'm sure it's hard to keep clean, but the floors and bathrooms need to be cleaned better, especially with all the little kids using them."

"Our daughter was able to participate in free swim safety lessons through her school. We were really excited and thought it was a great opportunity to reinforce the importance of water safety before summer. The first day did not go as expected. The instructor was rough with the kids. Many of the kids were crying and afraid. Our daughter didn't go back after she had an incident during one of the exercises. She is traumatized and didn't want to go back. The management was not friendly or sympathetic towards our kids or the incident that occurred."

"Very poor management and the coach that my 3 year old dealt with on her first class was very forceful to dip her under water at multiple times. Knowing that it was my child’s first class the coach was not sensitive to her fear of water, instead she forced her at least 5 times to go under water. Ofcourse when I walked into the class to rescue my child the coach made an argument that the course outline demands the instructions. When I brought it to the managements attention and asked for cancellation of the future classes as my child was traumatized, they tried to bind me in 30 day policy cancellation notice. Upon a lengthy conversation with the manager she took away the 30 day cancellation but did not refund the registration fee nor the class fee. I suggest parents keep an eye on your child and how the coach handles your child."
