"My experience at this practice during my pregnancy was horrible the front desk check out girl Francis is so unprofessional lacks empathy, integrity and is extremely rude! She rolls her eyes in your face and gets bothered to reschedule your appointment. The first time I encountered her rudeness I didn’t speak on it, After the 3rd encounter I requested the manager and they told me she was unavailable they gave me an email, so I emailed her and never got a response back.. must of been a phony email…. Now my experience with Dr.Sayeed wasn’t all that great either, visits were in and out, I’m glad I didn’t have any major pregnancy complications, because she was very dismissive on some of my concerns. Only reason Im giving 2 starts is because the only person that was extremely friendly and helpful was her assistant Ronesha! She always responded to my messages quick, and notified the Dr for any concerns I had. Will not go back again!"

"To Dr Amina Sayeed, I give her 5 stars, she has alot of patience and is very good at doing her job. But to her office staff. Im not sure. Ive put in calls to the office since I saw her the beginning of March. I want a procedure done. My primary doctor is on the same portal so they should have my referral. Because my Insurance is an HMO, I need the referral on file. I have not received a call back. When I call the office, I get transferred to a voice mail. And then my call gets lost. Therefore having to start all over again. On March 30, I received a call back, but was not able to get to my phone in time. When i called back, and asked for the person that left the voice mail, it was like starting all over again. Today, March 31, somebody called me from the office asking for another person, when I said I wasnt that person, they just hung up, didnt even ask me if I was waiting for a call back from Dr Sayeeds office. When I talk to the front desk, they just quoted me a price to pay up front, however if i have insurance I prefer to see if they will cover. I mean thats the purpose of having insurance. I may as well start all over with another doctor. This is beginning to be a waste of my time."

"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sayeed. I was having some issues and she patiently explained and worked with me. She even helped me get the medication that I need since my insurance did not cover it. Should I need her services again, I will not hesitate to reach out to her."
