"This school is fine as long as your child doesn't need anything. If your child has any special needs like 504 or special ed DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. That department is completely incompetent when it comes to doing their job. We spent 4yrs telling them my step daughter had a learning disability only to have our concerns dismissed repeatedly year after year by the instructional interventionist. We took her and got testing done on her outside of the school and sure enough she did have a learning disability. Only then did they agree with us. 4yrs of not getting help she needed. We had my daughter tested for GT when she was in kinder because she was extremely advanced only to have them tell us she was within normal range. So every year we ask them to challenge her more academically because she's bored. So finally (now in 3rd grade) they put her in a book club. How is this challenging her more? My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and for months now we have been waiting them to get off their *ss and get her into the 504 program. Thank God I was able to get her into a charter school for the next year where her potential will finally be reached instead of hindered. I tried last year but too long of a waiting list.. Had she not got in this time I would have pulled my daughter out of this school and paid for her to go to one somewhere else"

"I was a student at that school when I went to Elementary School and it was great it has good teachers and staff good food the place is clean and I had an overall great experience."

"If your child is typical, without any need for accommodations, they probably have a decent chance of doing ok. If however, your child has special needs and requires and IEP or 504 plan, don't send them here. They will provide only the bare minimum accommodations if that and will push your child through to the next grade even when they've been struggling and failing all year by miraculously raising failing grades to a 70 at the end of the year, just to wash their hands of that child. As a result, by the time your child is in 4th or 5th grade, they will be 2 years behind academically and good luck catching up. The school system is so broken and I am disgusted with this school as they definitely do NOT have the needs of these kids who need extra help as a priority."
