She always informs me what is best for my hair and respects the vision I have while also giving it her own little artistic twist. I fully recommend this salon!!"

"This place is very unprofessional, I called to inquire about the service, who ever answered the phone which was a Female, not only did she try and hang up on me unsuccessfully the first time which I could hear her complaining about taking phone calls to another person who was there, i tried to call again to speak with a different person I got the dial tone, if you are in a line of business to service the people that is pretty much clientele the last thing you would want is to lose a potential client, but I guess when it comes to customer service alot of people Lack that quality, would not recommend this spot based on this particular incident."

"The hairstylist Oralia Monique (RayRay)is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Do not go to her or allow your children to go to her. She did my eight-year old daughters braid and was yelling and getting loud with her. I asked her not to do a slanted part. Monique did it anyway. I asked her to use the three packs of hair beads and no more because I didn’t want a lot of them in her hair. She asked if I could just leave them off. I said no that what my daughter and I agreed on. She threw the beads at me and told me to put the on the ridding sticks. We arrived for this appointment at 10:00 am and did not get out til 4:00 pm. She then raised the price that she had previously charged and which is listed on her style seat profile from $55 to $65. DO NOT TAKE OR LEAVE YOUR CHILD with this lady she is very sneaky, underhanded and mean. Something is wrong with her. My child is well behaved and quiet and begged me not to say anything to her. Monique gossips about both her co-workers and clients. This is a toxic person, whose adult styling techniques are very mediocre. Children’s styles are ok but not worth the drama that will eventually come out."
