"Don’t ever try to bother calling the store. Employees stand around talking while the phone is ringing. Just for fun I was actually in the store and I called the store and nobody answered the phone. I tried to call at four times nobody even moved. I could hear it ringing I know it was ringing because I was on my phone. But they were too busy catching up on their social lives."

"When to buy a coat for my wife revived the worst customer service from the Hispanic female cashier I ask her a question and she ignored me once I got her attention she spoke to me with a very rude tone I ask if the size I was looking for was available, this happened on Tuesday 1/29/2024 around 530pm, I will never again visit this shop I took my business somewhere else"
