"The service at this store and the one at North Park are like night and day. The employees at North Park treat you like royalty. This location always seems to have the most complacent employees with the most lackadaisical attitude. I would avoid this location if you don’t have to visit the store."
"Honestly have never had a pleasant encounter with the employees here, but this one takes the cake. The man helping with my exchanges/returns was so incredibly rude. I find it is always best to kill people with kindness. Usually gets your farther, but this guys was just awful. My boyfriend was standing off to the side and when I went to the back to grab something heard him and the girl talking about me and making fun of me. He was about to go intervene when I told him to stay back and it wasn’t worth it. Well I had to go back up to the desk to reorder something. So this guy had another chance to right his wrong and be nice, but chose to be rude (yet again). I work in customer service so I try and be mindful of what they go through, but there’s also an expectation of base level kindness. Do better. Just because you’re miserable working on a Sunday doesn’t mean you need to attempt to ruin other people’s day."
"I had such a great experience yesterday when I came into the store. Tamecca welcomed me into the store and was able to accommodate a replacement for me. She was super helpful and showed me all the different options and styles of leggings and explained which ones were best for specific activities! Gabe also made sure I was doing well multiple times in the fitting room. Everyone was very kind and made sure all customers were being helped through out the time I was in the store. Definitely one of the best Lulu stores I’ve visited and will be coming back there soon!"
